          EXHIBITION PORTFOLIO 1

PHOENIX GALLERY BRIGHTON

As fine art students from Greater Brighton Metropolitan College we collaborated on Different Together in the Phoenix Gallery Brighton in 2019.

This exhibition looked at individuality & the collective experience of making art and connections.

We were joined by renowned sculptor Michelangelo Arteaga. Michelangelo opened the event with a talk on inter connectivity between object and audience.

PHOENIX GALLERY BRIGHTON

I exhibited two paintings in the Phoenix Gallery exhibition. This work is based on research undertaken the previous year for an exhibition project with Pallant House in Chichester.

The paintings trace the imagined fabric of the  house since it was built in the 18th century and continues my journey of mixing detritus and paint.
